FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

How it feels will depend on your own pain threshold. I have had the treatment done and can say it feels like a light scratchy sensation at times (specially on the forehead) but overall is mild.

The actual micro-needling process takes around 10-15 minutes. I can stop and start at any point and there is no rush to continue.

I do not apply numbing cream but there will be squeezy stress balls available on the day.

Results will always vary from individual depending on a number of factors.

Before going ahead with treatment it’s important to find out what were trying to achieve. Stubborn scaring or pigmentation will need a course of treatments to tackle the skin concern where a healthy glow can be achieve within one appointment.

It’s recommend to have a course of 1-4 treatments spaced 3-6 weeks apart to target skin concerns. However, a one of treatment will deliver results and will still be beneficial to have.

Maintenances appointment are encouraged to keep the skin operating at the highest and healthiest it can be. This will vary from individual.

This treatment dose not cause breakouts unless you skin is already going through sensitivity with active acne then the skins barrier is most likely to get inflamed from this treatment and could cause further breakouts.

If your skin is in good health then you wont have this concern and this is something I would analyse before considering you as a accountant for micro needling.
