- Avoid applying products to the area for the first 24hrs unless the area feels warm or irritated then I recommend applying aloe vera gel. You can put this product in the fridge for a nice cold application.
- After 24hrs use a suitable body moisturiser that wont irritate the skin and will hydrated it.
- 2-3 days later (depending on your sensitivity). You can gently exfoliate the area using a clean wash scrub and this might help prevent ingrown hairs.
- Be sure to apply a high SPF if in the sun for 2-3 weeks.
- Shaving before your treatment. hairs must be 3ichs long to remove.
- Avoid touching over touching the area.
- Keep the aired and avoid wearing tight clothing for 24hrs.
- Avoid excessive heat sources (such as sun exposure or dry saunas and steam rooms 48hrs).
- Avoid strenuous exercise or any activity that could lead to increased blood circulation for 24 hours following treatment. (This can cause increased warming effect, which could result in discomfort, redness, inflammation, swelling, bakeouts or other side effects).
- Avoid direct sunlight for 2 – 3 weeks including sunbeds.
- Wear loss clothing around the area being treated for easy access.
- Book your appointments around your lifestyle.
- The area to be hair free and silky smooth for 3-6 weeks. (time depending on the individual)
